Group classes - Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that focuses on fluidity of movement, synchronized with the breath.
In my classes, I will guide you through a sequence of postures that will help you strengthen and stretch your body, while working on the connection between your breath and movement.
This will allow you to enter a state of moving meditation, where your mind will calm down and your body will feel more balanced.
In each class, I will invite you to pay attention to your body and your breath, and to find a greater sense of presence and awareness. I will guide you in exploring your physical and mental limits, but always from a place of respect and care for yourself. I will also invite you to cultivate an attitude of self-acceptance and compassion for yourself, without judging or comparing yourself to others.
Through the practice of vinyasa yoga, you can discover new possibilities in your body and mind. It will help you improve your flexibility, strength, and balance, while teaching you to connect with your breath and release stress and tension accumulated in your body.
